Yes, but eBay might take it down. Pretty hard though. First, go to settings>general>reset> reset all settings, but don't put any personal info in. Then, delete all apps, except flappybird. Last, backup when all music and info is gone, and restore. Sorry, but there's no easier way.

There is nothing illegal, and ebay may take it down for not factory resetting it.
