Holiday Calendar

To add the U.S. holiday calendar, do the following:

1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
3. Scroll down and tap Add Account...
4. Tap Other
5. Tap Add Subscribed Calendar
6. In the server field put: ical.mac.com/ical/US32Holidays.ics - then tap Next
7. On the next screen, change the name of the calendar under "Description" if you choose - then tap Save

If you want to add a different holiday calendar, you would need to locate the one you want to add.

This worked great for me except all of the holidays are listed twice. I checked the US Holiday calendar is only listed once in my subscriptions. Any ideas how to show them just once?

Check to make sure you only added the subscription on one of your devices. You should only need to add it once, and iCloud should then push this subscription to the other devices sharing your iCloud account.
