again my friend i have requested iphone unlocked and approved

almost 15 days waiting the phone is still unlocked

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4

All you should have to do then, if you have waited the 24 hours it recommends, is to connect the iPhone to iTunes, restore the device as new, not from a backup and you should see the Contgratulations, your iPhone is unlocked message on the screen. Why are you saying it is still locked? Have you tried it with another SIM?


If it does not unlock at that time, then you need to contact AT&T again and see if something is wrong on their end.

And has it been more than 24 hours since you received this email?


If yes, try this:


1. Back up your iPhone to your computer


2. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.


3. Connect to your computer and set up your iPhone. You should receive a message, "Congratulations your iPhone is now unlocked."
