Security question emails not coming through

I don't remember the answers to my security questions. I asked for an email to enable me to change my answers, but I'm not receiving any emails. How long do Apple support emails take to come through?

You can also try the country site from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 or call the country support number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak to Account Security Team.

Wait a few hours and check the rescue email address's spam filter. If it doesn't arrive, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
