my iphone 5s suddenly got blue screen and automatically restart. what happen?

lately after upgrade to ios 7.0.5, my iphone 5s suddenly get blue screen and it will be automatically restart after that. i dont know what happen. For past few days, it just one or two in a day, but now, every hour i get the same problem? I dont know what happen and i dont know how to cure this problem. anyone can tell me what problem with my iphone? This is software or hardware problem?😟

Nice to hear from you. My iphone look like less bluescreen when i updated to 7.1. Just once or twice in a week. But, today my iphone suddenly death when i charged. I doing the hard reset many times but nothing happen at first. I left for a few minutes than i continue to do hard reset repeatly and i just lucky when my iphone show the apple logo. In my head, i will going to make appointment if my iphone still dying without any logic cause. 😀
