How do I remove bing completely from my iPad?

How do I remove BING completely from my iPad. It is not an App..it automatically comes up when I search for something on the internet.

Search engine selected is already Google in settings.

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4

Reset your iPad: Hold down the home and sleep buttons, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons.

Bing has been the search engine for MSN since it was created.

Do you have a Hotmail or Outlook email account . Did you visit it via Safari ?
