I was on safari in facebook, using the twitter app for mac and smc fan control, but when I had smc fan control off all was ok, when I executed the trackpad, keyboard and speakers went wrong.

Turn off SMCFancontrol.
1. Reset PRAM. http://support.apple.com/kb/PH4405
2. Reset SMC. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
Choose the method for:
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
If this does not help, contact Apple.
