I can't sign out from app store I want to use a different app id

Each application has the Apple ID used to download it stored inside it. This can't be changed without deleting and redownloading it from a different Apple ID, which may require repurchasing a paid application.

I upgraded to iOS 11.1 and issue resolved itself.

All apps and media are tied to the Apple ID used to buy/download them.

If you try to update an app, it will require the password for the Apple ID used to buy it regardless of the Account you are signed into.

Same for me: Apple music do not work because of the Region bug and I'm not able to log out from my account in iTunes & Apple Store. And apple still charging for apple music subscription. iOS 11

When you try to update what on your iPad? If you mean apps, that would be correct. Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID they were purchased/downloaded under. Forever.

I have the same problem and tried to sight out in settings, in App Store and in iTunes Store as well, Nothing works

You just click sign out and nothing happens

OK....where are changing settings?
