Updating to 10.9.2 - Is it worth doing a clean install first

Hi

I keep most of my files on a separate SSD from my boot drive. Just wondering with all the news this week about security issues with 10.9.1 and the fix 10.9.2, is it worth doing a clean install before doing the update?
