I would like to sync pictures from a specific folder from my PC to iTouch. It says on itunes "Are you sure you want to remove existing photos and sync photos from this computer?" it has an explanation below but i still cant understant. Does this mean that all photos in my pc will be removed? And will replaced by the pictures from my iTouch?

It means that all other photos that were previously synced to the iPod will be deleted and replaced with the photos in this new folder.
The photos will be deleted in itunes? Not it any pictures in my PC and itouch?
iTunes does not have any photos.
The photos that were previously synced will be deleted from the iPod. The Photos in other albums like the Camera Roll album are not effected.
No photos on the computer will be deleted.
Great. I synced photos from a selected folder and i renamed it first in my pc. Then it doubled the album in my iTouch. The other one is "Photo Library" and the other one is "(the renamed folder)" i cant delete one of these. How does this happen?
The Photo Library included all photos on the iPod. Only one copy of the photos are on the iPod, The Photos Library just points to the ones in the synced folder.

Why do all the answers say that only photos from the ipod will be deleted when the message says "from this computer", which clearly means the ℹphoto library of the computer on which itunes is invoked?

Thanks for following up, and sorry: I now realize that misread the warning message as "Are you sure you want to remove existing photos … from this computer?" (i.e. I read "existing photos and sync photos" as different kinds of photos…)
