Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Brand new iPhone 5s dead, black won't come on after ios update...is fully charged, was working fine till said yes to upgrade. Did not watch process beyond seeing Apple logo appear, left it alone, came back, dead. Tried holding top button, tried home button, nothing...HELP!!!
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.6
I did the restore with iTunes, seemed to go OK, iTunes recognized phone, phone took software, Apple logo showed, then got battery symbol shows low battery, but was freshly charged before the ios upgrade that started this. Battery symbol does not appear to be charging or improving while still connected to PC. suggestions?
Cable original? put the charger on iphone and wait 2 hours, the pc charge very very slow, i think is less than 300mha and the charger have 1A.
Braulio00...ALL IS WELL!! It has come back to life, restored from iCloud, everything seems good, now plugged into wall charging well. I think the sick phone is feeling better and will survive. THANK YOU THANK YOU so much for all your suggestions.
Nice 😀 i told you, if its a problem "software" the solution is there, if is hardware..its more complicate.
