'Offline' to 'online'
Anyway of turning my phone from 'offline' to 'online' through my mac/icloud? It got stolen today while being in offline mode at work.

If the phone is offline you have no means of communicating with it. If you cannot communicate with it, you obviously have no way to instruct it to become somehow online.
You're probably right, I was just hoping for some magic to suddenly happen. But I changed my password on all devices (gmail, apple, facebook and so on.) I read that if you changed your password on iCloud you'll also have to do so on the phone. So my phone is no longer up with my iCloud, is that so? I'll really appreciate it if you know it.
It is irrelevant. The first thing any thief with a double digit IQ does is to take the phone offline. If the iOS was up to date you might find solace in the fact that the phone can never be activated without knowledge of your username and password. Meanwhile, tell your carrier (a substantial bill could be run up...), police and insurer of the theft. There is nothing else to do.
