Boot camp assistant is an app on OSX, you already have it.
If you mean the updated drivers, these are the ones you need for your late 2012 iMac http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1720
when I install boot camp on windows the computer goes in to reboot loop and I had to reinstall windows again. I had to install each driver by them self, but when I install the boot camp app it goes into reboot loop again and wont stop until I reinstall windows. apple boot camp isn't made for windows 8.1. that's why I ask where is boot camp for windows 8.1

The drivers that I linked support 8.1. I'm sorry you're having issues, but we have 8.1 on a number of different 2012-2013 machines with no issue.
same here
installed win8 over my org bootcamp win7 install
and had 1/2 bootups resulting in crashed in win8
got the official win8 drivers for the video card and it was fine
updated to win8.1 before official support and same deal
installed the latests bootcamp drivers a few week ago and is back
to no crash at all

i just tryied BootCamp5.1.5640 i can't install, not for your molded of computer and Bootcamp5.1.5621 installed after restart and login screen I get the new blue sreen of death!!! i dont understand why there is no fix for this, plus i bought windows 8 from Microsoft!!!
Delete the windows partition in boot camp assistant and reinstall Windows. I think you've done so much manual stuff that it isn't stable.
I have exactly the same problem with MacBook pro. After bootcamp installation windows keep rebooting. I think maybe some of the drivers cause that, but which one I wonder.
