I was using Maps to see how long it takes to get from Anchorage, AK to Seward, AK. It said it would take 4-1/2 hours! It's only 127 miles. I then checked Google Maps and MapQuest. They both said it was only 2-1/2 hours which seems more reasonable.
Anyone else seeing this sort of problem? I have most up to date version of ios7 as well as the Maps app.
I keep hoping they'll get it right. Maybe I should just not bother with it?

I have the same issue, on the Maps app on my macbook it says 5hrs 5min to drive Portland to Crater Lake, while Google Maps says 3hrs 57min. I've done this trip several times and Google is spot on. So......why the hour long discrepancy apple?
You can tap the i in a circle at the bottom of the page to report a problem. Two hour difference isn't that bad considering if you enter main library in the search field you get Saudi Arabia.
Does it happen to be taking traffic into consideration? I just tried the same search and say 3.5 hrs as the travel time, much closer to Google.
I really don't think so. I turned on "show traffic" and it didn't look any different.
I just tried it again and now I'm getting 3 hrs 48 minutes. Very strange.
