Set shared photo album to use wifi only?

From the Support pages: Do shared streams work over cellular connections?

Answer: Yes. You can share photos and videos over both Wi-Fi and cellular data connections.

This suggests that I have a choice yet I cannot find this setting anywhere. I do not want photos being sent to and from the cloud to use cellular network data because if I use this feature it will be a lot of photos and don't want to use up my data plan.

In other words what I want to happen is the devices that are sharing the album wait until connected to wifi to "share" the photos, or new photos.

Thank you.
