Hi there.
I restart my iPhone 4S and when it turns on most of my applications were missing, including app store, photos, safari, mail. Btw the photos are there I am able to enter them via the camera.
Please help!!!!

First, search for the missing apps in your iPhone:

If they are still not found, You may want to examine your Restrictions settings:

If this still does not help, then you may need to restore your iPhone:
