"Unkown Error(5002)". I have purchased a set of music albums and my Account shows that I have 322 files waiting to download. But they will not download - clicking download just produces this error message. How do I get round this?

I have purchased a set of music albums and my Account shows that I have 322 files to download. But they will not download - I just get this error message. Can anyone explain what this means and what to do to get round it?
