When I got my first iPad, I don't know how to sync videos to my iPad like you. Then I followed the instruction I found from other thread. I hope this helps you:

1. Launch iTunes.

2. File > Add to libary > Choose video > Open.

3. Find the video on the left pane in iTunes under "movies" or "TV shows".

4. Connect your iPad to computer.

5. Once your iPad has appered on the left pane under "devices"

6. Drag the video from your iTunes Libary to your iPad.

7. Your iPad should start syncing your video over to your iPad, sync info will appear in the top area of iTunes.

If you need to transfer videos from iPad to computer, iTunes can't help.

I often use DropBox for this and either re-use an existing account or simply make a new account for just this purpose. Presumably you have WiFi when you are at your iTunes to USB to iPad location and can just dump all the AVI files into dropbox. The iPad dropbox app will hopefully see that flex:player has registered to play AVI files and offer to send the file to the app from within iOS rather than how the flex:player wants you to use iTunes to copy the documents into the app.

Alternatively, you could use a program similar to PhoneView to replicate the function iTunes serves by mounting the iPad so you can copy files directly into flex:player's documents folder on the iPad. That would totally bypass iTunes and still use the USB cable as you asked.

Works well at first, stuck at step 6. Seems can't directly drag into iPad. any clues?

Make sure your video is in a format the iPad will play. MP4 is a common one.

In your 'my documents' folder you'l see a 'my videos' folder

Put your videos in there.

Open iTunes and connect your device.

Click on the name of your device and then on the 'video/movie' tab

You should be able to navigate through the contents of that 'my videos' folder.

Select your video and do a sync to transfer it over.

Hi QuintonSprouse, good afternoon to you.

QS, your explanation was really good; with that I could finally transfer an important video from my PC to my iPad.

You did well, because you have showed the procedure step by step, what made it clear and easy to do the transference without problems.

Thanks a lot for your "lesson" about this matter. -:)

Success to you, and have a nice day.

Cheers,

You can use iTunes to transfer your videos from window PC and iPad Mini, so you can go on this way:

1.Launch iTunes on your computer and connect your iPhone to PC.

2.Select your iPhone in iTunes and select Video from the row of tabs that are presented, which allows you to select "Movies" and other video files that you like to transfer from PC to iPad Mini.

3.Then either select to sync all videos or select the playlists you want on the iPhone. Then click on Apply and Sync option to accomplish transferring videos from window pc to iPad Mini. This may get your iPad data synced automatically, so you'd better go to “Edit > Preference > Devices”, and check “Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically”.
