When Forwarding a message, how do I delete ALL previous Senders and ALL previous Addressees?

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.6

On iPad, in order to copy you will first need to just do a reply or forward (you will not actually do either), but this will enable you to be in edit-type mode. Once you've selected reply or forward, click twice somewhere on the text that you want to copy. The word will be highlighted and have 2 blue spots around the highlite. Hold down one of the blue spots and drag it to what you want to copy. If you need to, do the same for the other blue spot in order to drag and copy from that area. Once you've captured what you want to copy, select copy.

Open a new email and paste in what you copied. From there you can edit the text that you pasted in.

You continue to post this question is several threads, but it is not clear what you wish to do. Do you want to delete teh TEXT that contains previous recipients in teh body of the email? If so, this has been described to you several times already. If not, you will need to be more specific about what you want to accomplish (as is in describe in detail what you are doing).
