Some users log of repeatedly in an attempt to get you to quit once you begin winning. Does Games Center have any of the functionality of Xbox Live when it comes to reviewing users? Thanks a lot!

Scroll down to near the end of the page and click Report an issue with a Game Center customer
It's primarily for reporting egregious behavior. If users just flake out on you for winning, Apple isn't likely to care.
