Settings > Sounds to select the default ringtone for all received calls.
To change the default ringtone selection for a particular contact, select the contact in Contacts to view the Contact's info. Select Edit for the contact. At the Ringtone selection, select the Ringtone you want to use for the contact. Select Done when finished.
