Using Motu 828x with Thunderbolt.

Usng my MacBook Pro (10.9.2), using Thunderbolt connection... I am connecting through the Motu 828x analog audio connectors and have sound showing on the Motu and CueMix show the signal is making it to my laptop, BUT, although the channels show up on Logic pro X, I can not get any signal? What is even more interesting, if I record through Motu 828x Mic1 input, everything works fine... strong signal, great sound and records strong in Logic.... but I want to use the eight analog connections in the back... that's what I bought it for.... any ideas on what I need to do? Output plays fine as well but I can only record on channel Mic 1 & 2 inputs.

If Cuemix is setup properly you need to check the ALL ot the inputs on the record channel, Logic tends to number MOTU products "differently". The analog connectors on the back may show up as higher Inputs 9 through 16 or 10 through 18.

Alan,

Did you situation ever get resolved? I have the exact same issue. I can record with a MIC but the second I try to hook up the analogs to my keyboard, nothing seems to work in Logic. I do get frequency in the MOTU 828X
