where is high pass filter and noise gate options in garage band 10

can you advise where the high pass filter option and noise gate settings are for mixing vocals in garage band 10. I saw a really go you tube video on this but I am assuming it was the previous version and I am not sure how to achive the same thing in the latest version...thank you

  • Enable the Audio Units in the GarageBand Preferences "Audio/Midi" tab, if you have not already done so.

  • Reveal the Smart Controls:User uploaded file
  • Enlarge the Smart Controls area by dragging the dividing line between the controls and the Track Area upwards, to reveal the Audio units.
  • Press the ℹ button to show the Track Info panel.

Now you can enable noise gate and add a high pass filter from the Audio Units as shown above.
