Today I did an erase and install on my late 2011 13" Macbook Pro and did an install from the install discs that have Snow Leopard.
I have previous purchased OS Lion, OS Mountain Lion AND downloaded OS Mavericks. However, I cannot download any of these from the App Store or any other apps that I have downloaded.
Does anyone have any tips/advice/solutions?

Is there an error message?
Not at all. When I open the App Store and click the "Download" button nothing happens.
Normally when you do a download/install, the icon of that program/OS displays in the dock but in this case nothing happens at all and it does not say "Downloding" it returns to saying "Download".
Any ideas?
Restart your Mac and try once more.
