Cannot Download Previous Purchases From App Store

Today I did an erase and install on my late 2011 13" Macbook Pro and did an install from the install discs that have Snow Leopard.

I have previous purchased OS Lion, OS Mountain Lion AND downloaded OS Mavericks. However, I cannot download any of these from the App Store or any other apps that I have downloaded.

Does anyone have any tips/advice/solutions?
