Game Center Icon and Contents Missing

I have a Mac Mini on the Latest OSX Mavericks version 10.9.2 and I recently just rebooted my Mini and when it came back on, my Gamecenter Icon was missing. Upon Investigation, I also saw that the contents was also gone. It is just currently an empty shell of a file called Game Center.app... There is nothing inside...

Please help me out! If I click to open it, it pops up and says

You can't open the application "Game Center" because it may be damaged or incomplete.
