Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.
Following that, you may need to consider restoring as a new device; or having Apple or an Authorized Service Center have a look at it.
I can't press the home button. Once pressed, even one time, the screen turns white for one or two seconds and then turns off completely.
If you actually tried the reset and get that result, then follow the advice given.
It's doesn't work? What if I restore my iPhone to default?
As I said before:
"Following that, you may need to consider restoring as a new device; or having Apple or an Authorized Service Center have a look at it."
Sounds like a hardware fault to me. You can ry restoring it, but I have the feeling you're going to have to get the phone replaced.
Consdiering the age of the phone (based on model) and the symptoms, you are probably right.
