I have received an e-mail from Apple saying that they can no longer verify my account and to login in. When I did they were requesting my name ,address,mobile,bank account and credit card details?
Is this normal????

Sounds like a phishing attempt. Hope you didn't click on any links in that letter and then enter the information.
