Define "everything".
Certain things can be transferred easily, some less easily and some not at all.
Tell us what exactly you want to transfer and we can tell you how to do it, if it's possible.
Ok I have everything stored on a SD card. I want to transfer contacts, music, pictures, calendar, apps, email, videos, and my twitter
If your email, contacts and calendars are hosted by Google (i.e. they're synced via a Gmail account as on most Android phones) just setup the same Gmail account on your iPhone and they will appear automatically.
Music, pictures and videos you'll need to move to your Mac or PC then sync to your iPhone via iTunes.
Apps cannot be transferred as Android apps do not work on iPhone, you'll need to download the iOS versions (or equivalents) from the AppStore.
For Twitter just download the iOS Twitter app from the AppStore and sign in to your existing Twitter account. You can also sign in to Twitter in Settings > Twitter to integrate it into the OS.
