the backup on time capsule is already in use

Question

Failure to back up MacBook Pro.

Getting message the last few dyas that my auto back-up for Time Capsule is failing.

"The backup on [my time capsule name] is already in use."

Can anyone help me solve this?

Pull the power cord from the back of the Time Capsule

Count to ten

Plug the power cord back into the back of the Time Capsule

Wait a few minutes, then try a backup
