My ipad2 16 gb camera is like many dots r on pictures

Indoor shots are taken with high ISO because of low light; that's why you get grainy photos.

You should take more photos outdoor.

These users are being very patient with you, which I do not think you're being fair and appreciative of. You are using an older device, one which, at the time, was primarily to be used as a tablet. The camera functionality on your device is certainly lacking in the areas of quality. Honestly, if what you want is better picture quality from an iOS device you should certainly sell the iPad 2 and purchase a newer, more sophisticated model.

On the alternative, it's also a good idea to buy a compact or mirrorless camera if you care about image quality. You will never get a great photo with an iPad. In fact, the photos will always be smaller, less-saturated, and probably noisier than iPhone or iPod Touch photos. Let alone much, much worse than photos from a dedicated camera of any sorts.

I'm sure you'd be happy with any generic point-and-shoot camera out there. They'll take "good enough" photos, and you'll finally have better pictures than your cousion. So please, stop terrorizing the people who are trying to help you. There is no way to improve the capabilities on an incapable device.
