iPhone5 shuts off at around 30% battery.

My iPhone5 will just shut off between 25-35% battery. It's on the very latest iOS–7.1. Anyone else having this problem and have a way to solve? This is incredibly frustrating to have my phone just die when it should have an hour or more left. It should at least accurately relate battery life, e.g. 10% or something.
