I have been trying to connect my itunes with my disney movie rewards, but it keeps telling me that I need to download itunes even though I already have it. Is there any way to fix this so I get watch my disney movies on itunes?

I don't know if this will fix your problem but it fixed mine. Everytime I clicked connect it would prompt me to download iTunes even though I already have it until I tried using the Google Chrome browser (it wouldn't work in IE) but in google when I clicked connect it opened my iTunes application and iTunes prompted me to connect the accounts. Yes!! I was having the exact same issue and couldn't understand WHY it wasn't working for me. But then I tried the above what Livin4Jesus suggested (because I had also been using Internet Explorer). And when I tried again but with using Google Chrome, it worked perfectly!! Thank you so much for the tip! 😎

I had no issue connecting my iTUnes and Disney accounts when I used firefox, so just tossing another option out there.

I seem to be having the same issue, however, no browser has worked for me.

I have tried on my windows pc, Firefox, IE, Chrome and Safari. When this all failed I went to my parent's iMac and logged into my itunes account there and used Safari on their machine but I got an error saying that the itunes store wasn't avaliable. I authorized that computer as well.

I'm at wits end here. I really just want to make this work

Edit: Thae farthest I have gotten it to go is to open itunes. It loads to the store then just does nothing. No prompt to link accounts.
