What devise should I buy, an iPad, iMac or mac air?

i use my macbook for my work and home. It is getting old and outdated. I constantly make notes on my iphone but would like something bigger for use to carry in my purse. Should I replace it with an ipad mini and get an iMAC or Macbook air for work?

My personal choice is an iMac at home and an iPad to carry around. As for the iPad it could be iPad, iPad Mini, or iPad Air. I prefer the latter.

But if for work you plan to do that work on whatever you carry with you, then I would stick to a MBA. Moving files back and forth will prove much easier this way.

For portability, only the iPad and MacBook must be considered.
