Is there a driver or anything out there to control my Motif-Rack ES within Logic X? When I say control, I really mean be able to use the sounds in the motif rack, in logic x, with midi tracks.

Yes, there is a driver available (you can download ir from Yamaha's website) that will allow your Motif Rack ES to transmit and receive MIDI data through its USB port.
If you also want to get the Motif's sounds in Logic, you'll need audio cables and an audio interface.
