Hi... i contact now apple and after two days and after me and engineering apple do the same try to restore my ipad, he said the only solution is to substitute ipad with a new one.... So i reply to him and i tell your story youse123 and the engineering say "if you can to obtain the serial number of the his ipad maybe we can try to restore yours".

So youse123 can you tell me your serial number (only this) or if you prefer i can tell you a private email...

Please i want to resolve this problem, but apple not help me!

hi I have also the same problem as you are BEFORE. But now it's fixed because of the apple senior advisor that i've talked to. I am now here in Libya but i called the Apple Care USA. They helped me fixed the problem even if I bought this ipad 2 in the Philippines. Try to call apple USA. i'll try to help just give a comment.

I am also like you before that I am so frustrated about the device. What will you will have to say to them is the error message appearing in your itunes when you cannect your ipad 2 gsm. its like "there is a problem with your ipad and cannot be activated blah blah blah" like that i dont remember the exact message. because before i tried to tell them the error message in my ipad 2 gsm that is "REPLACEMENT NEEDED" and they also said that my device is for replacement and needed fix. but after the 3rd time i called apple care with a different advisor and told them the error message i received in itunes (not in the ipad). the senior advisor sent me a ticket to the ios engineers. then after 1 day he messaged me that I try to activate my ipad again thru wifi or itunes and wallah! It went past thru the activation! hope this helps for all of you guys out there! Just explain the case very well and the error message of itunes. because it is really a server problem and not hardware. Good Luck!
