What is the latest OS for imac 7.1
I bought a used iMac 7.1 20" all in one and need to know what the most current OS is for the machine

The iMac7,1 can go as high as Mavericks.
If you have Snow Leopard installed, you can open the Mac App Store and download Mavericks for free.
If you do not have SL you can purchase the DVD from the Apple on-line store for $20, install, on-line update to 10.6.8 and then download Mavericks.
