my wifi is greyed out ..my bluetooth n hotspot is not working and its showing problem in resetting all setting plez help.. 😟

is it possible to clean our ios then freshly install the new ios ..
n there is one more problem when i click reset all setting on my phone it ask for a password and
when i give it my current password it showing its wrong 😟 how can i fix this while i can reset my network setting with same password.. help me please!!
