the iPod 160gb can't restore error 1430

Have you tried out the steps in the article below? Some of the steps include reregistering a .dll files as well as check security software that may be blocking access to Apple servers.

iPod: Can't restore or update in iTunes with error 1415, 1417, 1418, 1428, 1429, 1430, 1436, or 1439

Did you ever get this issue fixed? I've had this issue with my 160gb classic for over a year now, and still haven't found a solution...

Any help would be appreciated!
