Syncing iPad Contacts with Outlook 2010
I have an issue where a coworker uses his iPad to manage his contacts. His iPad is set up with his Exchange account to sync email, calender, contacts and notes.
When using Outlook to manage contacts he can add new contacts and make changes to existing contacts. In both cases the changes quickly sync across to the iPad.
When using the iPad to manage contacts he can add new contacts and change anything except the contact notes with the new contacts or changes syncing across to Outlook.
However, if he makes any changes to the contact notes then these are saved on the iPad but the notes for the related contact are wiped clean in Outlook.
I've been unable to replicate the issue with other iPads or Exchange accounts but am hesitant to remove/reset anything on the iPad in question as there is now significant data on the iPad that refuses to sync accross that I don't want to risk losing.
Does anyone have idea what the cause of this is and how to go about fixing it?
