When making calls on my iPhone 5s, the sound coming from the speaker seems to be very fuzzy... Almost as if the speaker has blown? Can anyone help me with this? Or even tell me if the apple store will help me? Thanks in advance! :)

Are you referring to the ear speaker or the hands-free speaker? Do you hear this distortion on all calls, and with other sounds (rings, alerts, music, etc.)?
No one here can know what the Apple store genious will do.
Just the ear speaker. It's also doing it with other sounds as well, not just calls. I'm thinking maybe some dust or dirt of some has got into it, not quite sure how to go about cleaning it though, any ideas?
Make sure you have removed the plastic film that comes on new phones, because it covers the receiver and distorts the sounds.
