Macbook pro 13" mid 2011 usb port pushed in..
Hi,
My question is concerning my mid 2011 13" Macbook pro. I left my macbook sitting on my coffee table and my phone was on the couch, in between cushions, they were connected via usb, when I came back in the room my macbook was on the floor. I can't say for certain what happened but by the look on my bulldogs face I think she probably ran between the table and couch and caught the cord causing it to fall. Everything is working fine with the exception of my usb ports, after just a minute of using it I had a message appear stating my usb ports had been disabled due to power surge, or something to that nature which caused me to look over at the usb cord still attached to my computer and saw that it was bent, so i unplugged it, looked into the port and realized it was pushed in and it's out of place. Is there any way I can fix this, I don't want to mess things up further, if I can't fix the port will I be able to use the other one, or are they tied in together and both beyond repair?
Thanks
I'm sure it's obvious, but it is the Left USB Port that's damaged
MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
