Yesterday, I have ordered ios individual developer account. I got the message says 'within two business days we will get back to you'.
But my issue is, I created the name and all with my website name. So the legal name some what website domain name. Is there any problem ? If I did the mistake what is the solution for this. I have already ordered, so any alternative to rectify my issue ?

An individual account must use your legal name.
If you want to use a company name, you have to have a real company and then call Apple to change the individual account to a company account. You will have to provide via fax documentation that proves your company is legtitmate.
What you've done won't get approved.
can I call to apple team to change the legal name to my actual name ? Is that possible ? When the amount($99) deducted. If they not approved my money deducted still?

You can certainly call them and explain what you did.
I'm sure they can straighten it out.
Apple won't keep your money if the account is not approved.
You can always contact your credit card company and dispute the charge if need be.
