Have a phone call often from No Caller ID , is there a way to block this caller?

you can block all numbers not in your contact list by doing this:
- go to settings
- open "Do Not Disturb"
- slide on "Manual"
- tap on "Allow Calls From"
- Select "All Contacts"
All calls from numbers not on your contacts list will now be blocked. You can however still see all numbers that attempted to call you as missed calls. Verify the numbers and if legit, add them to your contacts list to receive any future calls from them.

If you're being harassed by someone who is blocking their caller ID in order to get around the block you've put on them, and you have told them to stop calling you, notify the police.

To repeat: No.
You can get the answer by looking at the first reply to the post you responded to.
The answer is "no", because Apple won't give us the feature in iOS to allow us to turn such an option on or off.
The only option we have is to restrict calls to those already in our address book.
Smartphones are quite capable pf recognising a call with no caller ID.
Android users have been able to block specifically those calls for quite a while alr.
