Signing into MLB TV

Yes! It is finally working on my appletvs today for the Minnesota/Oakland . Thank you guys for keeping on top of this issue, and maybe getting it resolved between directv extra innings and MLB.TV.

I was able to watch the game after just clearing the credentials on the MLB.TV icon and logging in this morning....hopefully it works for everyone else today and for the rest of the season too.(since I don't want to deal with MLB.com support again...what a nightmare that is)

MLB.tv is finally working on my Apple TV with a simple sign in. I will still watch the overwhelming majority of the games via MLB Extra Innings on DIRECTV. It is the main reason why I have stayed with DIRECTV, because of all the HD broadcasts that for some Comcast fails to offer. I do love the convenience and flexibility of being able to watch on my iPod Touch 5g and PC. In the end, the addition of MLB.tv to MLB Extra Innings is now even better than I imgained it would be.

Finally able to sign in with Apple TV today with no problem other that first game I chose which was marlins and nationals I got a error loading content message try again later. I hope that is not a sign of things to come with this. The only other game was cubs and pirates but it was audio only. Will try the games tonight and see if they load and work. I was able to use game recaps and it worked great. Hoping for the best and hope all you guys that posted and had this issue have a great baseball season.

Looks like its working now for me also. Thanks to all who posted here, and in case the techs who fixed it are reading, thanks to them as well. Also lastly MLB with all the billions you make you really ought to invest in some native english speakers in your customer service call centers. America's pastime afterall, not so much in the subcontinent.

I am having the same issue, it works for my Blackberry but it doesn't work on my Apple TV.

The account is good but it simply won't work on the Apple TV.

diesel, if he knew why not, then why would he be on here asking? We don't know any more than has been said.

Ok, I just called MLB.tv support and while I was on the phone with them, I figured it out. Hit the "clear credentials" option on the Apple TV and then try it again. That worked for me.

NYVikesGuy, see my suggestion above....try hitting "clear credentials"

Matt, yes there is a sign in problem and mlb support has been getting calls on this. Funny beause I had to tell the support rep how to fix it. People who call in now should get it right away :-)

It's the ID log in your email adreess? I'm having troubles to, but I'm not sure about my ID log in...

When I log in on any other device my login is my email address.
