what would the the format Ext4 be considered on disk utility?
I'm trying to partition a usb stick and i'm wondering what would Ext4 be. mac os extended ( Case sensitive, journaled)?

There is none. Disk Utility cannot perform a Linux format. You need a Linux formatter for that. Macs can neither read from nor write to Linux formatted drives.
