Trying to transfer MP4 from Dropbox to ipad

I have been trying to get an MP4 into my ipad from Dropbox using the Dropbox app on my ipad. I cannot find a way to do it. I've read about how people do it, but I don't have the commands in my dropbox app to do it. Dropbox tec support can't help, and Apple support says it is not their issue. I've uploaded an image of what the Dropbox interface looks like on my ipad. I've checked the favourite (star) as has been suggested, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I have the most recent version of Dropbox app and the most recent ios on my ipad.
