Apr 4, 2014 9:17 PM in response to EV810by rojas01420,I think this is a default setting on the phone so you can view the time at the top properly. The only way I found around this is to zoom in slightly but I don't think it can be turned off

I have a lot of 'nature' wallpapers and every single blue sky now looks drab and overcast because of this STUPID shadow effect. Actually, about every one of my wallpapers is degraded from this effect whether it's a nature wallpaper or someone's naked ***. Can we please get an OPTION, Apple? I keep forgetting, 'choice' and 'customize' exists nowhere in the Apple dictionary.
