So I was just wondering if sims freeplay is backed up on icloud? Not the one in the game apples one. The in game cloud doesn't work for me! It says its backed up on icloud and I was wondering if that is the data or something else......
I'm going to delete the app and reinstall it in a while as my iPods storage is full and this app takes up nearly 800GB of storage which is alot

However, if you then connect to the app servers the game status will then be updated to the last time you backed up to the app severs

I do not know what "Not the one in the game apples one." means.
The iCloud backup that iCloud makes includes app data.
If you delete the app and then redownload it game status/data will only be restored if that game maintains status on a server vide onlyh on the iPOd.
Otherwise you have to restore the entire iPod from iCloud backup.
Typically, GameCenter games and games that require a log in maintain status on a server.
No I was not confused. I did not see your previous response and I had to post to see the response so I responded with a period. The forum software, Jive does that sometimes. It took me a while to research your question
