Is there a possibility to select “all footnotes” (not: endnotes) simultaneously? I want the footnotes to appear in a smaller letter size than the body of my text. Word for Mac used to have this option but I don’t have that software.

In Pages 09 you change the Footnote style in the style drawer and apply it. It will change all footnotes.
